It aims to provide comprehensive knowledge about the concept, development, and dynamics of organizational culture. Students learn foundational theories, models, and practical approaches to diagnosing, shaping, and managing organizational culture. Key topics include the historical evolution of culture studies, core cultural components and levels, cultural diversity management, and the role of culture in achieving organizational excellence.

This course introduces students to the principles, methods, and tools required to design, write, and present a professional business plan applied to Human Resources Management (HRM).
It focuses on identifying organizational problems, developing HR solutions, analysing feasibility, and presenting project proposals coherently and convincingly.
Special emphasis is placed on the Algerian HR context, innovation, digital transformation, and sustainable development in public and private organizations.
